Staff will standby after Immigration (near duty free and baggage claim area) bring a signage under guest name.
Guest go through all the VOA and Immigration processes on their own.

Staff will assist the guest with the luggage collection.
Staff will assist the guest for fill out E-Customs Declaration and escort to the Customs.
Escort the guest to exit the terminal until to the transportation area/meet the PIC.
